Annotation:

1.     Time (data) is calculated by star time.

Coordinates are calculated without considering the seismic-tectonic parame-

ters, that is why accuracy:

                               a.   by data             =  0 ¸3  day

                               b.   by coordinates  =  0 ¸10 degree

                               c.   by power          =  0 - 1

3.Data in the prognosis (Pr) are calculated by “star time”, and the happened earthquakes (int.) are put in by “local time” in every region of the Earth. Transition from one time to the other, taking into consideration the latitudes will give the “true time”.

4.Coordinate deviations are the result of seismo-tectonic parameters absence (map) of calculated regions.

Having this data we could get more high accuracy of calculations.

5.Coordinate differences (Pr-int.) are given in columns (7-9).
